If you wondering why the tweet world has gone quite.................. . Well thats because it Crashed !!! Twitter HO says they have planned outages. this one wasn't one of them. it seems that their infrastructure is insufficient  to handle the masses of blog owned by a Union The Consumerist. evidently Facebook was down to this morning but only ofr a short period. 

Twitter has given no indication as to when they will be back up. You will notice that our twitter birdie is missing and will be unfortunately till we can continue giving you updates

We will keep you up to date as we find out more on the DDOS attack which seems to be the cause of more than just twitter going down.
